4D-Sculpt (4DS) is a highly effective non-surgical fat reduction & skin tightening machine which provides ultrasound cavitation & vacuum-assisted radiofrequency treatments for both body & face.
4DS provides lifting, plumping & skin rejuvenation for the face, lip pumping & hand rejuvenation plus inch loss & skin tightening, anti-cellulite & stretch mark treatments for the body.
Ultrasound cavitation uses low-frequency sound waves to selectively damage the membranes of the fat cells (selectively meaning only these structures are affected and none of the surrounding tissues) this causes the cell to spill its contents into the subcutaneous layer, radiofrequency then assists the body’s own lymphatic drainage system to pick up this fatty liquid for metabolism via your liver & kidneys, then finally elimination through the urinary system (Drinking lots of water & exercising after treatment are essential to assist in these processes)
The inch loss gained from 4DS is as permanent as inch loss gained via surgical liposuction & the cells treated will never grow back again. However, the remaining cells can still expand if the individual continues overeating.
Radiofrequency heats the deeper structures of the skin to high temperatures which increases the cell turnover & the production of skin hydrating hyaluronic acid, whilst also breaking down old brittle collagen fibres & stimulating the production of new fresh collagen & elastin to give the skin a firmer, plumper & more youthful appearance.
Vacuum therapy assists with the elimination processes & also allows for the targeted restructuring of collagen & elastin fibres so the therapist can sculpt the skin structures into a more plumped, lifted & flattering appearance.

After any plastic surgical procedure, especially hi-definition liposuction, patients experience severe swelling and bruising that can last for weeks to months and the flow of lymph can be interrupted by the surgery, which can result in reduced healing, fibrosis (scar tissue, dimpled, uneven skin and the possibility of developing seromas (pockets of serous fluid).
Plastic surgeons frequently recommend Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) after liposuction, or after abdominoplasty with liposuction (a ‘tummy-tuck’). If you have multiple procedures simultaneously (liposuction, breast work and tummy tuck), MLD will be even more necessary to address swelling and tissue hardness.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage accelerates recovery and decreases the chance for irregularities, lumps or bumps, and scar tissue formation, which can all affect the final cosmetic outcome.
It also helps the skin to tighten and conform to the new body shape and sculpted musculature during the liposculpture procedure.
A lymphatic drainage - long, rhythmic, wave-like strokes are used to open and then shut the lymphatics, leaving little time for that lymph to get sucked down along the vessel. During a lymph drainage massage, we use a series of gliding, compressing and stretching motions over the client’s body. The light rhythmic movements stimulate the lymphatic system without compressing the vessels – allowing lymph to move easily through the tissues and lymph nodes. MLD follows a specific sequence over the body so lymph isn’t trapped anywhere, making sure every area is treated with care.
The lymph system is a slow-moving system of vessels and lymph nodes that is supplementary to the body's system of blood circulation. By stimulating the lymphatic system through this treatment, the body helps drain puffy, swollen tissues, supports the body's immune system, helps the body heal from surgery, and carries away excess fluid, waste, virus and toxins.
Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage is good for detoxification, edema, pre- and post-plastic surgery and post-liposuction. It can also help with cellulite treatments and reduce swelling after cosmetic facelift or blepharoplasty. Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage should have a very soothing, relaxing effect to relieve swelling, numbness, bruising and pain. It should also help the appearance of the treated area.

Fibrosis is the most common effect of a lot of surgeries that people face today. While liposuction can sculpt a better shape, sometimes it results in an uneven surface caused by fibrosis.
Fibrosis after liposuction refers to the imperfections occurring as a result of the procedure. These can include lumps, scarring and thickened areas of tissue. Fibrosis is generally soft and fatty (gel-like consistency) or sometimes a dense solid mass, and is formed as a result of prolonged swelling.
Fibrosis is similar to the process of scarring, in that both involve stimulated fibroblasts laying down connective tissue, including collagen. The process is initiated when immune cells, such as macrophages [a type of white blood cell] release soluble factors that stimulate fibroblasts. These ultimately lead to the proliferation and activation of fibroblasts, which deposit extracellular matrix into the surrounding connective tissue.
What are the causes of fibrosis after liposuction?
The first cause is the suction of fat using the liposuction cannula itself as the surgeon “pokes” under the skin causing a trauma. This trauma leads to inflammation and then the formation of fibrosis.
The surgeon cannot prevent fibrosis but the more trauma he causes during the surgery to the tissue the more fibrosis the patient will develop.
Secondly, the wrong compression causes the swelling to accumulate in particular places and dentation. The longer swelling you have the more fibrosis your body will form.
Thirdly, the wrong aftercare. The harder the massage the more trauma the therapist will cause and that creates extra scar tissue. MLD is a light massage especially during the first 10 days.

The thermo-active anti-cellulite program is a modern slimming treatment that effectively firms the skin, shapes the figure and has a slimming effect. It only takes a few treatments to notice a reduction in the circumference of the thighs, buttocks and abdomen. The process of lipolysis is activated, which results in the removal of locally accumulated fatty tissue in a way that is completely natural for the body.
The effects are visible very quickly – you will notice the difference after the first treatment. Optimal results are obtained after a series of treatments (maximum 6) at intervals of 48 hours.

The Arosha wraps use prepacked disposable bandages for optimum hygiene, with each bandage being carefully impregnated with quality ingredients that aids cellulite reduction, toning, moisturising and water retention.
Arosha treatment programmes all follow the same principles:
The wrap or bandages stay on for about 30 minutes, giving the active ingredients enough time to infuse the skin and start working.
Results are visible in just 30 minutes, as the skin looks more compact and nourished. A reduction by several centimetres is seen within a few sessions. There is also noticeable improvement in skin flaws associated with cellulite, orange peel skin, water retention, loss of tone and elasticity.
The treatment is carried out in combination with other techniques such as manual lymphodraining massage, pressotherapy, dermomassage or infrared blanket.
For best results 5-8 sessions are recommended 1-2 a week.
